At the top of your Facebook page there is a photo strip that shows five photos. These are the most recent uploads. You can control which photos appear there by 'removing' the ones you don't want. They have to be 'x''d out one by one until you eventually see the photos you want to stay. Slightly tedious but worth it. The photo strip is a great way to showcase products or services. |
First, you're going to need photo editing software such as Photoshop, or one of the free alternatives that I list on the bottom of this page.
If you have Photoshop you'll need to resize your photo in the 'Image Size' menu. I'm going to assume some people do not have Photoshop so I will demonstrate the resize process using a website service I found that works great for this purpose.
FIRST - GO TO THIS SITE: http://www.drpic.com
FIRST - GO TO THIS SITE: http://www.drpic.com
NEXT - Follow these steps:
Lastly, save as a .jpg, rename, and then upload to Facebook.
After your photos are downloaded to computer, I would rename them. You don't need that long name picresized_1315408402 etc etc.
Next, upload to Facebook. Go into the editing page. 1. Write a description for each photo. 2. Add a link to a page that sells the item 3. 'tag' yourself in each photo. Then you are going to have to start the process of deleting each photo in the strip until you finally see the 5 new ones you actually want to be there. |
